Hot Yoga (HY)
Our Hot Yoga class incorporates Bikram’s 26 traditional yoga postures in a heated studio, and focuses on alignment, balance, and flexibility. The studio is quiet except for the gentle guidance of your instructor. Hot Yoga is appropriate for all skill levels. This Heated Class is between 100-103 degrees.
Hot Vinyasa Fusion (HVF)
Our Hot Vinyasa Fusion Class incorporates Bikram's 26 traditional yoga postures in addition to Sun Salutations A & B with a short Vinyasa sequence; focusing on alignment, balance, and flexitbility. Hot Yoga Fusion is appropriate for all skill levels. This heated class is between 95-97 degrees.
Power Yoga (PY)
Our Power Yoga class follows the tradition of Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. At times, this practice moves at a quick pace, allowing you to generate heat as you flow in and out of postures. Some poses are held longer in order to cultivate both a strong body and a quiet mind. The studio is heated and all levels are welcome. Instructors encourage the use of blocks and straps as a way to make the poses accessible to everyone. In the words of Baron Baptiste, “If not now, when?” This heated class is between 90-93 degrees.
Our Vinyasa Yoga class offers many of the same postures as our Hot Yoga class, but with the addition of vinyasa, or breath with movement. These vinyasas link poses together in an intuitive manner that generates heat and encourages you to motivate your movement with breath. The end result is increased coordination, flexibility, and strength, as well as a balanced body and mind. This heated class is between 90-93 degrees.
Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa (AV)
The Ashtanga Standing Series is the series of postures in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Like the Hot Yoga Series, it is always practiced in the same way, in the same sequence. The Standing Series is designed to strengthen, stabilize, and integrate the body through breath linked with movement and is the prerequisite to the Primary Series. This heated class is between 90-93 degrees.
BarreWorks + (BW+)
Our BarreWorks + class is an energetic blend of ballet, core conditioning, and muscle strengthening. Exercises at the ballet barre and mat are followed by active stretching in order to sculpt the long, lean muscles of the dancer’s body. Each hour long class will burn calories, tone, reshape, and improve overall posture. All levels are welcome.
Hot Pilates (HP)
Pilates is a series of rhythmic movements that utilize strength, flexibility and concentration to create balanced development throughout the body. Created by Joseph Pilates, the series was originally called “contrology,” referring to control of movement, breath and focus during the exercises. The benefits of a regular Pilates practice are numerous: increased strength and flexibility, improved posture, injury prevention and a general sense of well-being. This heated class is between 90-93 degrees.
Slow Flow Yoga (SF)
Slow Flow Yoga combines elements of both Hatha and Vinyasa flow while bringing your attention and awareness to each posture/asana. You will discover a slower even tempo instruction where you will hold postures to support a deeper understanding of each posture. The class will flow through seated, strengthening, and balancing poses using the mirror to increase body awareness. This class is great for anyone new to yoga, or to experienced practitioners looking to increase focus on alignment and transition Some find the mindful pace to be challenging as you learn to deepen your mind body connection and challenge your strength. This heated class is between 93-95 degrees.
