Joshua Weber, Instructor/Owner

Joshua has always had a passion for a person’s wellness and well-being. He began his yogic journey in 1998 when “Classical” Yoga came to Iowa City which yoked asana, philosophy, and lifestyle as a path to personal well-being and happiness. Joshua discovered that the well of yoga is limitless! Joshua received his 200 hour RYT training at Tapa’s Yoga Shala an Ashtanga inspired studio. Joshua’s instruction focuses on “Pranic Flow”, a dance between the breath and movement that creates a moving meditation which yokes the body, mind, and soul.

Savanah Schott

Savanah Schott, Instructor

After a break from competitive gymnastics and coaching, Savanah began her yogic journey in 2014. She found familiarity in the asanas (postures) and challenge in integrating breath with movement. Joey Crowley

Joey Crowley, Instructor

Joey curiously began yoga in 2008 as a way to integrate stretching into her exercise regimen. As a former competitive cheerleader and motivated athlete, she relished the physical challenge it afforded. Inspired by the victories in her own practice and with a desire to bring that same sense of accomplishment to others, Joey decided to teach.

Adding 'yoga instructor' to roles as a cheer coach and music teacher has connected her further to her passion for education.

In Joey's classes, find focus, test your limits, and enjoy moments of release from your day

Josie Dunnington

Josie Dunnington, Instructor

Josie has been a regular practitioner of yoga since 2012, but has pursued her passion for mind-body health since adolescence. She has studied modern and Middle Eastern dance, transcendental meditation, Tai Chi, Authentic Movement, and practiced her own morning sequence of poses every day of her late-teens and early twenties (before even knowing what yoga was!) Josie has practiced as a physical therapist since 2003, primarily in pediatrics and geriatrics, but continues to be drawn to non-Western systems of body-wisdom and healing. She believes that yoga is medicine – for the body, mind, and soul – and when each of these components are in health, a person has access to their greatest self.
